PATHWAYS ROJECT TEAM PARTICIPATES IN WORKSHOP AND LEARNING SESSION ABOUT BASIC EDUCATION IN ARMM
In October 2018, members of the Education Pathways to Peace Project Consortium participated in a Workshop on Building Partnerships for Early Education in Bangsamoro, and in a Learning Session on Understanding Early Years in Education in Bangsamoro (Zamboanga City). Among the team members in attendance were Project Team Leader Aabira Sher Afgan, OIDCI President and COO Herman Ongkiko, and Senior Program Officer Peter Carreon and Education Advisor Nelson Ireland of Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
The Education Pathways to Peace project (2017–2023) aims to improve the delivery and quality of basic education in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).
