The development of the Business Case Study aims to evaluate the economic, social, environmental, and financial viability of the selected number of potential projects which could be initiated by the Laguna Lake Development Authority, under the on-going Laguna Lakeshore Road Network (LLRN) Project which aims to generate huge scale economic and social benefit to the area as well as contribute to the de-congestion of existing trunk road network (e.g., SLEX). The study shall also provide recommendations on the possible next actions for proceeding in further studies on the preferred development option.
