The primary responsibility of the TSP is to provide technical support in the field-level operations of all components of MIADP in coordination with the project staff, particularly the development facilitators, as well as with key project partners including the NCIP, and the LGUs, particularly its Local Project Management and Implementing Unit (LP MIU).
