The research will generate evidence on whether PPPs are, or can be, effective instruments for delivering digital governance and agriculture projects in the country. The outputs of the research would be used by the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippine government as an introductory guide for designing and implementing high quality, efficient, and affordable digital and agriculture government projects through the PPP mode.
