INSTITUTION BUILDING AND TRAINING
OIDCI works towards meaningful and balanced participation of women and men and effective transfer of skills and technologies to stakeholders. We work towards the capability building and strengthening of implementing institutions, local government units and community groups through human resource development, management information systems development, technology transfer, on-the-job training, and other forms of capacity building. We design a technical assistance approach tailored-fit to respond to client needs for capacity building and cost-effectiveness
