PHILCCAP TRAINING WORKSHOP
Best International and Local Practices on PA Management Planning for PPLS

Ms. Mila Salibad of Conservation International speaks in front of her co-attendees during the action-planning workshop for the training on Best International and Local Practices on PA Management Planning for PPLS, held in Tuguegarao City from January 21-25. The first among a series of trainings in the offing, the objective of this workshop is to familiarize the members of the Local Working group to tried and tested concepts in sustainable financing, biodiversity conservation and protected area management that can be applied in the project site.  

Aside from PPLS, trainings and consultative meetings will also be held for SIPLAS (Siargao Island Protected Landscapes and Seascapes), which will run until October 2013.
