The service contract between OIDCI and lead firm Palladium International for the Education PATHWAYS Program in Conflict Affected Areas in Mindanao was signed in October 2017. OIDCI President Herman Ongkiko acted as signatory for the company. The contract signing was witnessed by the OIDCI Corporate Sectary, members of the OIDCI Board of Directors, and Palladium International officials. Seeking to enhance prospects for peace in the region, the program aims to strengthen the quality and capacity of basic education institutions in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao. The program is funded by the Australian DFAT.
