DATA COLLECTION TOOLS FOR THE TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE BUB PROGRAM
PRE-TESTED IN PAMPANGA AND BULACAN

The data collection tools to be used for the Technical Assessment of the projects implemented under the national government’s Bottom-Up Budgeting (BUB) Program were pre-tested last December 2015 in San Fernando City, Guagua, Lubao, and Macabebe in Pampanga, and in Hagonoy and Marilao in Bulacan. The pre-test was done to determine how to further improve the focus group discussion guide and questionnaire before these are applied to assess 115 sample sub-projects in 11 provinces in 8 regions.

The pre-test covered all the sub-project types, such as rural roads, educational facilities, health facilities, agricultural facilities and water systems.
